Returns and Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been fulfilled. We strive to process each order quickly so the time frame to cancel might only be a few hours, if at all. Please immediately contact us through the contact form and we will advise if it is possible.
Orders that have been refused delivery and returned to us will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover processing costs, materials and restocking costs. The shipping fee cannot be refunded. This includes packages that are returned to us marked "undeliverable", "refused", "incorrect address", post office error, or any variation of reason returned.
If you have received a damaged item, please notify us and send pictures of the problem within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will happily replace or refund for items that were due to our error.
Some items contain retail packaging which is meant to protect the item during shipping or while handling. In some cases, this may result in scuffs, creases, or dents. The actual item will be in perfect condition which means the packaging has served it's protective purpose. In these cases, the package imperfections does not qualify the product as a damaged item.
